Becs is a set and costume designer for theatre, opera, dance & film.

In 2003 she was the overall winner of the Linbury Biennial Prize for Stage Design for her designs for Jeff Koons, which ATC presented at the ICA and toured to national critical acclaim.

Since then she has created a diverse range of designs from operas, dance and film designs, to site-specific, educational, and self-led projects.

She is the DARE Fellow in Opera-related Arts (Scenography) at Opera North / Leeds University.

Becs works all over the UK and has undertaken projects in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
